Fair play
SharkTypers depends on honest races. Cheating, bots, macros, exploits, automation, leaderboard manipulation, and other unfair advantages are not allowed.
Please do not abuse matchmaking, rewards, race results, purchases, accounts, or other players. If you find a bug or exploit, report it instead of using it.
Accounts and usernames
You are responsible for activity on your account. Usernames and profile content must not be offensive, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, or impersonate another person or brand.
Accounts may be suspended, limited, or removed for cheating, abuse, fraud, exploit use, payment issues, or behavior that harms the game or community.
Shark Teeth and digital items
Shark Teeth, cosmetics, reef items, and other digital items are licensed for use inside SharkTypers. They are not real-world property, have no real-world cash value, and cannot be sold, transferred, or redeemed for cash unless SharkTypers explicitly says otherwise.
Purchases
Stripe handles payment processing for SharkTypers purchases. Purchases may be final except where refunds or cancellations are required by law or by a payment provider's rules.
If a purchase fails, is reversed, appears fraudulent, or is connected to abuse, related account balances or access may be adjusted.
Beta changes
SharkTypers is still evolving during beta. Features, prices, rewards, cosmetics, race rules, balancing, leaderboards, and availability may change over time.
Respecting the service
Do not attack, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, interfere with, or try to bypass SharkTypers systems. Use the game in a lawful way that respects other players and the service.
